Lonstar Circuit provide ODM development service for electronic products. Starting with product concept files and end with PCBA or complete device with enclosure. This process can be used in full turnkey product, but also for parts of the electronic product development.

Our ODM development includes electrical, mechanical and software(like android, IOS and APP etc). We have strong R&D team with rich experience to turn your design concepts into reality.

All of our development prototype will go through complete testing system to ensure its quality.

General steps from PCBA design to mass production:

1. Make sure to design the schematic correctly.

2. Design the PCB Layout according to the schematic diagram.

3. Make 3-5pcs of samples for verification.

4. PCB samples are soldered, tested, problem analysis and test report summary, the make revised report.

5. Redesign the PCB Layout and optimize&improve all problems..

6. Remake 3-5pcs of samples with revised files.

7. Solder and test the PCB sample again, and seal the sample after all problems are eliminated. R&D store the samples.

8. Convert the tested files into production files, assemble gerber files, BOM, coordinate files, and process files for summary packaging.

9. If there is no problem in the mass production test, the document will be officially issued for mass production.

10. If the subsequent optimization and modification are carried out, ECN should be carried out to make process changes inside company record..
